Currently re-learning how to do certain types of artwork again mostly sketching, drawing and sometimes colour them in too., I use Ohuhus, Sharpies, Brutfuner pencils, pencils,steadler fineliners.
Below is an attempt of a how to from two images with pencils first and sharpies after. (can't remember when I did it thought) Though I feel I have gotten better and better thanks to tutorials and how to videos on Youtube.

The last two I've uploaded I found from DrawingTutorials101.com (Right one?) I feel the first sharpie one is is better than the pencil one, used a HB pencil. Can you people tell me which you think is the better one please?
